The noise patrol operates every Friday/Saturday and  Saturday/Sunday (with the exception of the nearest weekend following Christmas) The times are 10pm -3am and the telephone number for the patrol is

 There is a further emergency out of hours number that is manned every night on 01273 292229 but this is only able to deal with widespread noise nuisances (e.g. Raves) and will only normally be
 activated following a police request. This number can also be used for out of hours noise complaints relating to malfunctioning intruder alarms and car alarms. In all other cases when noise nuisance occurs
 outside normal working hours other than the times the noise patrol operates the complaint should be referred to the Environmental protection team on 01273 294407 on the next working day.
