The purpose of the events is to find out from residents what their priorities are for our services, what they think about what we currently do, what they think about the standards we work to and what they would like to see from our services in future. We will be using this feedback to help create a set of service pledges for all aspects of our landlord service which we will launch next April. There are four events and these will be held at: Brighthelm Church and Community Centre (auditorium) – Thursday 21 October 5 - 8pm St Georges Hall, Newick Road, Moulsecoomb – Wednesday 27 October 10am – 1pm Valley Social Centre, Whitehawk Way, Whitehawk – Thursday 28 October 1 - 4pm Hove Town Hall, Banqueting Suite – Saturday 6 November, 10am-1pm We have chosen a variety of locations, days and times to hopefully attract as many people as possible. These events are drop in so residents can come along at any time. Staff will be on hand to talk with residents and there will be stalls, a colouring competition for children and a prize draw. Posters for these events are being displayed and the housing management team will be promoting the events with residents over the coming weeks but please advertise anywhere else appropriate. I hope this is helpful – if you need any further information please contact Diane Hughes: Housing Manager (Service Improvement) Brighton & Hove City Council Room 506, Kings House Grand Avenue, Hove, BN3 2LS Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
