LifeLines at Age Concern - empowering older people to improve
the health and well-being of all our city’s older people
Please come and join us to
*  find out what the LifeLines project at Age Concern is
*  meet our existing volunteers
*  celebrate the achievements of LifeLines so far
*  see how you can get involved with LifeLines in the future
There will be a variety of stalls and demonstrations to inform and entertain you, and free refreshments and
lunch will be provided.
