Hawk restoration – planning meeting taking place that week with the actual activity taking place on 23^rd of March.

Events:

It was agreed to aim for at least three events this year with one in Easter, one in the Summer, and one in Autumn. All need to check out current dates already booked by other organisations and the schools to see what dates are already covered and to try and co-ordinate and jointly advertise these activities.

The Easter event will be either an egg rolling contest (if not raining) or an Easter Bonnet making contest if it is on morning of 14^th of April. All children need to be with an adult and the prize categories are Under 5, 5-8 years, 9-11 years, 12- 17 years, and Adult. Lyn offered to buy craft materials to make the bonnets and a sum of £50 was agreed.

Jacqui suggested an event on Bonfire night – with perhaps a procession in advance – this was agreed to.

Any other Business:

The new chief executive of BHCC will be visiting Whitehawk and all were invited to meet him.

Time and date of next meeting – 31^st March as follow on to TARTs meeting at Robert Lodge meeting rooms.
