David Bellamy's Brighton 'Tree Appeal'
Botanist Professor David Bellamy will be giving away five hundred native
broad leaved trees to be planted in family gardens across Brighton.

A local partnership of Lunch Positive, Spectrum, THT South, The Sussex Beacon, BHCC community safety team, South Downs Health Trust and CDO Sussex have been working together on planning a series of events to commemorate World Aids Day 2010.
I am currently researching for a new documentary about V.E. Day for the
Yesterday channel. The provisional title is “Love On VE Day”. Using the
story of the day itself, we would like to meet people who fell in love,
heard bad news about a loved one, were reunited – and were even married on
that incredible day.
